Saint Barthélemy has territory-specific fiscal features, so obtain written tax guidance for residence, employment, business and foreign income rather than applying a mainland shortcut. Ask Assurance Maladie or the responsible local body how health coverage starts and retain interim cover.
Verify school places and off-island care before moving
