Commonwealth of Dominica
Dominica administers one of the simplest Caribbean citizenship-by-investment programmes through its Citizenship by Investment Unit, with an Economic Diversification Fund option and an approved-real-estate option, alongside ordinary work and residence routes. Kingdom of Norway
Norway's immigration is administered by the Directorate of Immigration (UDI). As an EEA member (not EU), Norway participates in free movement for EU/EEA nationals.
