Neutrality

Visa Atlas does not accept payment, sponsorship, or any other benefit in exchange for coverage of a visa, route, or destination. Our role is to describe immigration systems as they exist on the official record.

Advisor partnerships

We are building relationships with regulated advisors across our destination coverage. Advisors are listed only after we verify the credential on the regulator register (e.g. OISC/IAA, RCIC/CICC, MARA, state bar). Listings show the credential and regulator link.

Expert reviewer program

Source-editor bylines are not legal review. For high-risk immigration pages, reviewedBy schema stays blocked until a credentialed reviewer is tied to a public regulator register, a reviewed page URL, a review scope, and a dated approval row. The public program and queue are published at /research/expert-reviewer-entity-program-2026 and /api/public/expert-reviewer-entities.

Corrections

If you spot something incorrect, email corrections@ the publication domain. We publish corrections in-line with a dated note and refresh the last-reviewed date.

What we will never publish

• Legal advice for individual cases.
• Promises of outcomes (approval rates, guaranteed visas, "100% success").
• Content that targets an individual's personal data or specific case.
• Links to unregulated immigration agents.
