Croatia extends temporary-resident address registration to 15 days

Croatia’s 2026 Aliens Act amendment replaces the three-day address-registration period for third-country nationals on temporary stay with 15 days.

Article 51 of the amendment changes the period in Article 178(1) from three days to 15 days. It covers registration of temporary residence and the home address after entry, and later changes of residence or address.
