Overview
The Government of Bermuda work-permit pages say a person who is not Bermudian, married to a Bermudian or a Permanent Resident Certificate holder generally needs a valid work permit to work in Bermuda. The standard work permit allows an employer to employ a foreign national if the employer demonstrates that a suitably qualified Bermudian, spouse of Bermudian, Belonger spouse or PRC holder was not available, with most categories requiring a genuine search and advertising.
