Overview

The MFA visa-types page says temporary residence may be granted to a foreign resident of an EU or OECD Member State who has acquired the right to own an apartment, apartment building or house on the territory of North Macedonia under the law, in the amount of at least 40,000 euros. As with other D visa routes, the applicant submits D visa documents after receiving a Ministry of Interior decision granting temporary residence.
