Overview

The Ministry of Employment page for foreign employment says Tunisia issues two types of foreign-worker authorisations: an attestation of non-submission to the work-contract visa and a work contract. The dedicated work-contract page lists categories including foreign workers recruited because no Tunisian equivalent exists in the speciality, spouses of Tunisians with employment contracts, investment-law cases beyond limits, mining and hydrocarbons roles, seconded staff, young professional exchange cases, sports and artistic workers, hotel and travel-agency workers, social cases and associates or shareholders.
