Family / Follower Residency

Overview

This is Jordan's family or "follower" residency - the residence permit for a spouse and dependent children who join a primary resident in Jordan, whether that resident is a foreign worker, investor or a Jordanian family member. It is administered by the Ministry of Interior through the Public Security Directorate, and the Ministry lists it as "Family/Follower Residency". The permit is tied to the primary person's status and to the genuine family relationship, and it is generally renewed annually alongside theirs.    After approval

   Join your family member in Jordan and renew the follower residency annually alongside the primary resident's permit.
