Overview
Kosovo describes a diaspora member as a person lawfully resident outside Kosovo who proves birth in Kosovo and close family and economic links with Kosovo. The same page says a descendant within one generation of that person can also be considered a diaspora member if they prove family links with Kosovo, and it lists filing through the municipal civil-status office or, for applicants resident abroad, a Kosovo diplomatic or consular mission.
