Overview

Niue Tourism says travellers planning to stay longer than 30 days must apply for a visa before arrival and gives Niue Immigration Office contacts for extensions or enquiries. The Immigration Act also provides for further temporary permits, but it warns that applying for a further permit does not by itself preserve lawful status if the existing permit expires before a decision.

ℹ️ Who can apply?

You do not need a job offer or employer to apply for the Longer Than 30 Days Visitor Visa. This route does not lead to permanent residence. Open to qualifying applicants from all countries.
