Temporary Residence Permit for Family Reunification

Overview

Ukraine lists temporary residence for family reunification with Ukrainian nationals, including a foreigner or stateless person married to a Ukrainian citizen, and family reunification with persons who are legally staying in Ukraine under listed Article 4 bases. The official evidence list includes marriage or family-member evidence, the host citizen passport or host temporary residence certificate, financial support evidence and general temporary-residence documents.

Application pathway

1. 01

   Check the route fit

   Identify whether the case is spouse-of-Ukrainian-citizen or family reunification with another qualifying resident.

2. 02

   Build the evidence pack

   Collect relationship, host-status, financial, passport, translation, insurance and fee evidence.

3. 03

   Submit through the official channel

   Have the Ukrainian spouse or resident host provide the documents the official page assigns to them.

4. 04

   After approval

   Submit the temporary residence permit application and track exchange timing before expiry.
