Overview
The State Migration Service explains that immigration permits are granted within Cabinet-established immigration quotas for groups such as science and culture workers, highly skilled specialists, investors contributing at least USD 100,000, certain Ukrainian-citizen relatives, former citizens, family members of immigrants, human-trafficking victims and long-serving Armed Forces members.
