Ukraine lists a temporary residence basis for a foreigner or stateless person who is the founder, participant or beneficial owner of a Ukrainian legal entity and whose ownership share, or the foreign legal entity ownership chain, is at least 100,000 euros at the National Bank of Ukraine official exchange rate on the investment date.
