Brazil administers immigration under the 2017 Migration Law through three coordinated bodies: the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP), whose National Immigration Council (CNIg) issues the resolutions defining each residence route; the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which issues VITEM temporary visas at consulates; and the Federal Police, which registers immigrants and issues the CRNM residence card. Saint Lucia
Saint Lucia offers citizenship by investment through its Citizenship by Investment Unit - via the National Economic Fund, government bonds, approved real estate, or an enterprise project - and separately administers ordinary work permits and residence through the Government of Saint Lucia. It is the fifth Eastern Caribbean CBI state bound by the 2024 CARICOM minimum-price agreement.
