Skilled Worker visa
Work visa for non-UK workers with a job offer from a Home Office–licensed sponsor in an eligible occupation.
Brazilian Skilled Worker applications have grown materially across IT, finance, and engineering, particularly via UK subsidiaries of Brazilian multinationals (Itaú, Embraer) and inversely via UK firms recruiting Brazilian tech talent. Brazil is not on the UK TB-test country list — that step is waived. Apostilled CAPES-recognised degrees with sworn translation route through ECCTIS for credential equivalence.
Global Talent visa
Unsponsored visa for leaders or potential leaders in academia, research, arts, culture, or digital technology.
Brazilian Global Talent applications cluster in fintech, design, and arts/culture streams. The route avoids both the Skilled Worker salary threshold and sponsor dependency — particularly useful for Brazilian founders pre-seed-round who would not yet meet investor-route thresholds. Innovator Founder visa
Endorsement-based visa for founders launching an innovative, viable and scalable business in the UK.
Brazilian founders use Innovator Founder for SaaS, fintech, and renewable-energy ventures. Brazil is not on the UK TB-test list. Endorsement bodies vary in Brazilian-applicant familiarity — Envestors, Tech Nation–era endorsing bodies, and university-affiliated incubators are typical first stops.
