Overview

The MFA transit guidance distinguishes ordinary transit, transit with another Belarus visa, and limited visa-free airport transfer cases. Foreign citizens transiting through Belarus must enter, follow the established route and depart within the permitted period; airport transfer without a visa is described where the passenger has destination-entry documents, confirmed onward tickets, stays at the Belarus airport for no more than 24 hours, and does not leave the designated airport zone.
