Overview

The MFA publishes several visa-free frameworks rather than one single universal rule. These include ordinary-passport nationality agreements, airport visa-free entry for citizens of listed countries for up to 30 days through named Belarusian airports, the Brest-Grodno tourist visa-free zone for up to 15 days with a tourist-agency document, and a road/rail visa-free framework for citizens of listed European states that is stated as available until December 31, 2026. Each framework has its own passport, checkpoint, insurance, funds, Russia-transit and registration conditions.

ℹ️ Who can apply?

You do not need a job offer or employer to apply for the Visa-Free Entry. This route does not lead to permanent residence. Open to qualifying applicants from all countries.
