Overview
MINREX explains that Cameroon entry visas are now requested through online pre-enrolment on evisacam.cm. Applicants need internet access, a valid passport, a Visa or Mastercard bank card and separate scans of visa supporting documents. The short-stay visa can be issued for multiple entries and for a duration up to six months. After online filing and payment, the competent diplomatic mission or consular post processes the request; people in remote or non-covered zones may receive an online authorisation with a QR code, while applicants near the competent post are called for biometric enrolment. The final visa is placed either at the entry border post for holders of the online authorisation or at the competent diplomatic or consular post.
