The Department lists Temporary Employment Permit requirements including a completed residence permit form I.F.5, temporary employment application form, application letter to the Chief Director of Immigration, certified passport bio-data page, certified passport photos, CV, employment contract, notarized academic and professional certificates, radiological certificate, local newspaper advertisement, shortlisted-candidate CVs, understudy CV and qualifications, police clearance not older than 6 months and company documents including certificate of incorporation, entity summary document, ZIDA licence and ZIMRA tax clearance.
