Overview

The Department lists initial Investor Residence Permit requirements including completed residence permit form I.F.5, application letter to the Chief Director of Immigration, certified passport bio-data page, certified passport photos, project proposal, police clearance from country of origin or last permanent residence not older than 6 months, radiological certificate, banking history, proof of funds available for transfer, proof of equipment to be imported, copies of passport bio-data and permit for other foreign stakeholders, list of expatriate and local employees, and statutory fee.
