Colombia issues visas through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Cancillería), with in-country registration handled by Migración Colombia. Since Resolución 5477 of 2022 the system has three tiers — Visa V (visitor, including a digital-nomad subcategory), Visa M (migrant) and Visa R (resident) — with naturalisation generally available after five years of residence, and sooner for some nationalities.

Saint Lucia
Saint Lucia offers citizenship by investment through its Citizenship by Investment Unit - via the National Economic Fund, government bonds, approved real estate, or an enterprise project - and separately administers ordinary work permits and residence through the Government of Saint Lucia. It is the fifth Eastern Caribbean CBI state bound by the 2024 CARICOM minimum-price agreement.
