Grenada
Grenada runs its citizenship-by-investment programme through the Investment Migration Agency, with a National Transformation Fund option and approved real estate, plus ordinary work permits and permanent residence. Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis
St Kitts and Nevis runs one of the longest-established citizenship-by-investment programmes, administered by the Citizenship by Investment Unit. You can qualify through the Sustainable Island State Contribution, an approved real-estate purchase, or a public-benefit project, and the federation also issues ordinary work permits and permanent residence.
