Overview

DIMAS says investors and shareholders may qualify for exemption from the DPL labour market test and then submit their residence-permit request directly to DIMAS. Investor treatment includes a CEO or CFO of a company with annual sales of at least Afl. 10 million net, or a foreigner qualifying for a director licence with shares of at least Afl. 125,000; shareholder treatment includes 40% of issued capital of an Aruba-based company with value of at least Afl. 250,000 where the person does not qualify for a director licence.

ℹ️ Who can apply?

You do not need a job offer or employer to apply for the Investor and Shareholder Residence. This route does not lead to permanent residence. Open to qualifying applicants from all countries.
