Overview

The Service for Foreigners' Affairs says visa-free stay is the right of an alien from a country with a visa-free regime to stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Visa-exempt aliens may enter and stay for a total of up to 90 days over a six-month period from the date of first entry, unless an international treaty or Council of Ministers decision provides otherwise.
