Overview
The Cuban mission consular-services page has a section titled Application for residence in Cuba. It says applications for permanent residents are made by interested foreigners at consulates and lists evidence including legalised chest X-ray, serological and AIDS test results, legalised criminal-record certification, a letter explaining the reason for the request, passport photo, passport copy collated by the Cuban consular office, and marriage, birth of children or other evidence supporting the request under Cuban law.
