Overview

INM publishes a checklist for ejercicio de una profesion universitaria. The file asks for an application to the INM Executive Director, legal representation, DPI certificate, resident foreigner card copy, and evidence of economic capacity to establish the professional office or an authenticated employment contract with the company or institution where the foreigner will provide services. If a contract is used, the file also asks for a responsibility statement for subsistence, departure at permit expiry and notification of employment termination. The annual Special Permanence Permit fee is USD 100 per person plus L 200 for certifications/constancias/atestados.
