The file includes an application to the INM Executive Director, lawyer representation, DPI no-complaint/criminal-record certificate, resident foreigner card copy, authenticated employment contract with the private company, authenticated operating permit, employer responsibility letter for subsistence and departure at the end of the permit, work card from the Labour and Social Security Secretariat, company financial statements and a USD 100 annual Special Permanence Permit fee per person.
