Overview
ICA says individuals must apply for a Business Visa if they intend to visit Papua New Guinea for short-term business activities. The non-exhaustive permitted activities list includes official trade missions recognised by the Papua New Guinea government, selling or buying goods and services, supporting approved major infrastructure projects, negotiating or discussing business set-up, expansion or wind-up, business with authorised representatives of overseas organisations, and activity within APEC Business Travel Card parameters. ICA says most Business Visas are valid for a single-entry stay of 30 days from arrival.
