Overview

Seychelles uses a Visitor's Permit for short stays such as holiday, pleasure, business or visiting friends and family. The official page says the applicant must not be a prohibited immigrant, must not already hold a permit entitling residence, and must have return or onward tickets, accommodation and sufficient funds. The first Visitor's Permit is granted for up to three months and can be extended in three-month periods to a maximum total of twelve months if the conditions continue to be met. Extension applications can be made online through the official permit portal or in person at Immigration and Civil Status.
