Grenada
Grenada runs its citizenship-by-investment programme through the Investment Migration Agency, with a National Transformation Fund option and approved real estate, plus ordinary work permits and permanent residence. Grenada is the only Caribbean CBI state whose citizens can apply for the United States E-2 treaty investor visa. It is bound by the 2024 CARICOM agreement.

Saint Lucia
Saint Lucia offers citizenship by investment through its Citizenship by Investment Unit - via the National Economic Fund, government bonds, approved real estate, or an enterprise project - and separately administers ordinary work permits and residence through the Government of Saint Lucia. It is the fifth Eastern Caribbean CBI state bound by the 2024 CARICOM minimum-price agreement.
