Saint Lucia offers citizenship by investment through its Citizenship by Investment Unit - via the National Economic Fund, government bonds, approved real estate, or an enterprise project - and separately administers ordinary work permits and residence through the Government of Saint Lucia. Republic of South Africa
South Africa's immigration system is administered by the Department of Home Affairs (DHA), with temporary residence visas defined under the Immigration Act, 2002 and the Immigration Regulations, 2014.
