Overview
This route allows the spouse, parent, or unmarried child of an Argentine citizen or of a temporary or permanent resident to obtain residence based on the family relationship. Applicants must document the qualifying relationship with legalised or apostilled civil-status records. It is administered by DNM under Migration Law 25.871.
