Overview
Latvia's investor residence permit, often called the Golden Visa, grants temporary residence to non-EU nationals who make a qualifying investment under the Immigration Law. Recognised options include investing share capital in a Latvian company, buying real estate, placing a subordinated bank deposit, or buying government bonds - each with its own threshold and an additional state payment.
