Publication gates

Market-share claims require approved SERP/AI snapshot rollups and npm run seo:market-share-proof with approvedForMarketShareClaim=true.
AI visibility claims require approved citation-share, citation-accuracy, AI-referral and ai-visibility proof output.
Traffic and 500k/month claims require approved traffic outcome proof, public outcome-claim audit and final SEO/GEO release gate.

Raw analytics, Search Console exports, authority submission accounts, private listing URLs, outreach notes, SERP screenshots, AI transcripts and unapproved rollups stay local unless separately reviewed, redacted and aggregated.

This bridge does not permit public authority, backlink, ranking, AI-citation, traffic, market-share or 500k/month claims. It is external evidence routing metadata only.
