Latvia - an EU and Schengen member - administers residence through the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (PMLP). Headline routes include the temporary residence permit for employment, the EU Blue Card, a Startup Visa, an investor Golden Visa (real estate, deposit, bonds or company), a Digital Nomad Visa (since 2024), and EU long-term residence after five years.
