Psychology is a tightly regulated profession with high training thresholds. HCPC in the UK requires recognition of the doctorate; College of Psychologists provincial registration applies in Canada; AHPRA Psychology Board in Australia requires general or area-of-practice endorsement; EPPP plus state licensure applies in the US; Approbation als Psychologischer Psychotherapeut applies in Germany. Most routes lead via skilled-worker or healthcare-stream visas.
