Immigration routes for dentists

Dentists face a licensing-plus-immigration two-step in every destination. The UK runs the Overseas Registration Examination (ORE) before GDC registration; Canada via the National Dental Examining Board (NDEB); Australia via the ADC; the US via the National Board exams and Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) program completion; Germany via Approbation. Most destinations include dentistry on shortage-occupation lists, but the regulator step is typically 12–24 months.
