Short-term business visas — visitor visas with business activities

Short-term business visas permit attendance at meetings, conferences, and specific business activities — but not substantive paid work. Examples include the UK Standard Visitor, US B-1/B-2, and Schengen short-stay visas.

Typical characteristics

  • Typically 90–180 days per stay.
  • No productive employment for a local employer permitted.

    Short-term non-immigrant visa for tourism, business meetings or short visits to the Philippines.

🇻🇳Socialist Republic of Vietnam(1 route)

  • E-visa

    Online single or multiple-entry visa for short tourism or business visits, issued through Vietnam's national e-visa system.

🇨🇴Republic of Colombia(1 route)

  • Visa V (Visitante)

    The Visitor (V) visa for temporary stays in Colombia where the holder has no intention of establishing domicile in the country.

🇳🇬Federal Republic of Nigeria(1 route)

  • Visa on Arrival / e-Visa (business and urgent travel)

    A short-term entry facility for business and urgent travel that, under the 2025 Nigeria Visa Policy, is now delivered mainly through an electronic visa applied for before travel rather than issued at the airport.
